The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven person to join our Account Management team in Melbourne. This role is crucial in ensuring customer retention, identifying opportunities to provide additional services to our clients, and maintaining high standards of service for our valued clients. You will work closely with existing customers to maximise their experience and foster long-term relationships.
Your freight and logistics industry knowledge is critical whilst a passion for adding to an existing clients portfolio of services to Allied with effective solution based thinking.
Qualifications & Experience
Your freight and logistics industry knowledge is critical to your success in this role. Ideally you have held operational and account management roles within the express freight industry and are now looking for the next step in your carer. However, we are also keen to hear from people with significant operational freight experience that are keen to move into account management.
