Severe Tropical Cyclone Narelle has started to cross the far north Queensland coast around Coen.
The category 4 system is expected to bring very destructive wind gusts of more than 250km/h near the centre of the system as it makes landfall and with this heavy rainfall and flash flooding will occur.
We’re closely monitoring the situation with our agents in these areas and will provide further updates as conditions change.
